This page contains information on the online conference platform we are using, called Hopin.
All conference registrants should be able to register for Hopin in advance of the conference. You should have received an invite from “UBC Engineering”. If you have not received an invite to register, please check in your spam folder and reach out to Christoph Sielmann (firstname.lastname@example.org). Registration helps us assign speakers and moderators to sessions.
We’ve compiled some conference-specific information about how the sessions will work and reminders for speakers/moderators/audience members. Please take a look!

Speakers, Presenters, Hybrid Support
For those presenting virtually (as opposed to in-person), instructions on how to present in Hopin can be found here: https://support.hopin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056078432-Speaker-Instructions.
