Registration is now open for the conference and can be accessed through ASEE’s Monolith system at the following link: https://monolith.asee.org/public/conferences/309/registration/new. Note that you will need to use your ASEE Monolith login to access this, or create a Monolith account.
NOTE: Onsite registration for in-person attendees will be limited due to venue capacity and catering capacity. Attendees intending to attend in person are encouraged to register in advance of Sunday May 8. If any attendees registering after Sunday May 8 cannot be accommodated onsite, virtual conference registration is an alternative option, or alternatively registration fees can be refunded in full.
Conference registration fees
As this conference will be run as a fully hybrid conference, part of the fees for in-person attendees will include food during the conference (including banquet) and a similar proportion of fees for remote attendees will cover the costs of seats on the online conference platform for those conference participants. As such, the fees will be the same for both types of attendees, and participants will need to select one stream only (i.e. an attendee will not be able to attend the conference partly remote and partly in-person). This fee structure also makes it easier logistically if someone needs to switch streams prior to the conference. Note that you will not be able to switch streams after Thursday, April 14 at 5PM ET as after this time the catering orders will need to be finalized.
We are committed to encouraging participation from individuals at two-year colleges and transfer institutions – fees for participants from these institutions are reduced by $50 USD to reduce barriers to participation.

**Note: For students registered as online student members, ASEE Monolith seems to have trouble recognizing this membership as a student type. Please contact the conference co-chair Jonathan Verrett (jonathan.verrett@ubc.ca) with your name, ASEE member ID and associated email and he will be able to process your registration under the student category.

Cancellation
A refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, April 1, 2022 at 5:00PM ET. Please send requests to the ASEE Registrar via email registrar@asee.org.
